1. Nature of Services

Ved Torahz provides spiritual and holistic services including Numerology, Reiki, and Tarot. These services involve time, energy, and personalized preparation and are therefore subject to the policy below.

 

2. No Refund Policy

• All payments made for sessions, readings, or consultations are non-refundable.

• Once a session is booked and payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

 

4. Cancellation by Ved Torahz

If a session is cancelled by Ved Torahz due to unforeseen circumstances:

• You may choose to reschedule the session, or

• Receive a full refund for the cancelled session.

 

5. Missed Sessions

• If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

 

6. Dissatisfaction Disclaimer

Spiritual services are subjective and interpretive in nature. Results and experiences may vary from person to person. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction, personal expectations, or perceived outcomes.
